Nutritional therapy consultation First appointment 60 – 90 minutes £75/£110
This includes taking a detailed health history and diet information. You will receive an
individual eating plan based upon your health and lifestyle goals and food preferences, and
advice on any supplements that may be helpful. Follow up appointments cost £55.
Prescribed diets for diagnosed conditions £75 per hour
Individual eating plans are created for any health condition or health goal, including exclusion
diets for food intolerances and ketogenic eating plans.
Weight loss consultations £65 per hour / £45 for half hour
Help designing a healthy eating plan that will provide weight loss, in conjunction with realistic, achievable weight loss goals.
Sports nutrition consultations £75 per hour
A sports nutrition consultation involves adjustment of your current eating plan, enabling you
to maximize performance and achieve your sporting goals, including lean weight gain.
Clients are free to call or email with any queries between appointments.
